Shanmukhi Mudra:

Turn inward

Bhakti Sadhana:

Learn to be devoted

Without devotion, Hatha yoga can be very counter productive.  That is, one could become very body oriented and farther away from the state of union that is Yoga. Sadhguru says, it is very important for a person walking the spiritual path that everything blesses them.  Even a blade of grass should bless them.  

Consistent practice of Bhakti sadhana gently brings you in this state of devotion.

This is a powerful meditation offered as part of other sessions or as free meditation sessions from time to time.

Nada and Mantra  Yoga:

Aumkar initiation and select Nirvana Shatakam verses are taught in Children's yoga classes as well as certain treatment modules

Sheetali Kriya:

This is a short practice for those suffering from excess body heat
