This is a physically demanding practice that will take your fitness to a whole new level.  The class is typically taught in 4 to 6  sessions spanning over 8 hours.  

The practice takes 45 minutes to an hour in the beginning.  Practice time goes down to about 30 minutes as you advance and become more fit and capable.


  • Strengthens the spine, skeletal and muscular systems.

  • Builds physical strength and fitness, and tenacity

  • Invigorates the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom

  • Prepares the body for Yogasanas


  • Suitable for ages 8 years and older

  • It is a physically demanding practice but can be learnt by beginners as well

This is currently offered in the following two formats:

  • 4 Sessions on weekend(s): Suitable for those living far from the studio and may not be able to come on weekdays.  

    • Request a weekend

  • Extended 5 session format: This is suitable for those staying close to the studio.
